Launch date: September 2000
Launch vehicle: Shuttle Atlantis (Shuttle Mission STS-106)

A new flight added to the shuttle manifest in February 2000 to accommodate the delays launching Service Module. Astronauts will now prepare the Russian-built module for its first live-aboard crew, delivering supplies and outfitting the station for permanent occupation.
