OFFERED ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("U.S.").

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Discovery Communications, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. TO ENTER: Discovery.com's "My Big Fat Greek Wedding Sweepstakes" begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 27, 2003 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 24, 2003. To enter, go to www.discovery.com/sweepstakes/bigfatgreekweek and click on the "My Big Fat Greek Wedding Sweepstakes" banner, button or tile to access the sweepstakes page. If you are already a member of My Discovery and are logged in, just hit enter to automatically submit your information for a chance to win. If you are not a My Discovery member, you will be asked to complete a one-time registration form and become a member on your first visit. Complete the online entry form and submit so that it is received by Sponsor's server by 11:59 PM ET on February 24, 2003. Limit one entry per person/email address per day.

3. PRIZES: On or about February 28, 2003, Promotion Mechanics, Inc., an independent judging organization, will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to award the following prizes:

(1) Grand Prize: a trip for two to Greece. Prize consists of round trip coach air travel from the major commercial airport closest to winner's residence to Athens, Greece; double room accommodations for 8 days/7 nights provided by Starwood Sheraton at Four Points in Athens; and airport/hotel transfers. All other expenses not specified herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Approximate retail value $4,650. Actual value will be determined by winner's residence and seasonal rates. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions; blackout dates may apply. Winner must give a minimum of 60 days advance notice of desired departure. Trip must be taken by February 28, 2004 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner selected. Travelers are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports and visas, for any travel insurance and for all trip expenses not specified.

(10) First Prizes: $35 gift certificate from FTD.COM®. Gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the prize supplier.

Winners will be notified by mail. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received, which is estimated at 25,000.

4. GENERAL: Taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating, entrants agree [a] to these rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final in all respects relating to this sweepstakes; and [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Grand Prize winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within 14 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be selected. If Grand Prize winner is not of the age of majority in his/her state of residence (i.e. states where age of majority is higher than 18), prize either will be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian or parent, or legal guardian must ratify and sign any and all documents required of winner. Travel companion (or, if a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian) must complete, notarize and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Winners agree to use of name and/or photograph for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, including but not limited to on air and within Sponsor's website, www.discovery.com, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agrees to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, agents and representatives and their respective officers, directors and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for [a] any telecast, cable or telephone malfunctions, human error, satellite transmission failures, or delayed telecasts or preemption of or the failure of a cable affiliate to televise Discovery Channel® or any affiliated Sponsor network in all or any parts of the United States; [b] electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; [c] failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; [d] late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries or postage-due mail or [e] any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion thereof should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the promotion, in which case all prizes will be awarded via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor. No prize transfer or cash redemption. No prize substitution except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Internet entry must be made by the entrant only at the authorized web site address of http://www.discovery.com. Entries may not be made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites. Any winner who enters by any of the methods described above will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Limit one prize per household.

5. ENTRY INFORMATION: Please note that if you check the "opt-in" box on the entry form for this sweepstakes, you are (i) agreeing that we may share your entry information (including your name, address, email address, etc.) with our promotional partners and other parties; and (ii) granting us, our promotional partners and other third parties with which we choose to share your information permission to contact you about our upcoming shows, promotions or for other reasons.
