Justin Kelly
Karla is a survival expert and wilderness guide. She's a native of Vernon, British Columbia, but lives in White Horse, Yukon, Canada.
Karla's inspiration is her great-grandfather, who arrived from Sweden to mine the Klondike and once travelled through the treacherous Chilkoot pass without shoes.
Karla has accompanied Parker Schnabel on his expeditions along the Klondike Trail as well as to Guyana and Papua New Guinea.
A keen photographer Karla also works as a snow board back country guide in the winter.
