The youngest of the Beets family, Monica is a determined and extremely skilled operator. She got the hang of heavy machinery when she was 12, and by the age of 18 she was working full time in her dad's operation.
No-nonsense Monica now runs her own plant with an all-girl crew – determined to prove women are just as good as men when it comes to gold mining.
Last season Monica said 'I do' to her long-term partner Taylor Mayes.
