Whether you’re pulling for Team Ruff or Team Fluff (or just tuning in to watch an overload of cuddly delight), follow our go-to check-list for throwing the Ultimate Game Day Watch Party.

Prioritize Lounging

Step one to the ultimate watch party: comfortable seating. Plush sofas and chairs for you and your guests is essential, and we can’t forget about the furbabies. Pull out cushy dog beds and crates, or upgrade to a dog sofa so they can view the game in doggy luxury.

Decorate With Style

With pet furniture and decor that looks as good as yours, it’s easy to create a stylish home for all the living creatures inside. Greet everyone with an adorable door mat that sets the scene. Fill a ceramic treat jar with a fresh bouquet of flowers to dress your coffee table or buffet. Need more table space for those appetizer plates and cups? Consider a side table that doubles as a stylish dog crate.

Lay Out a Snack Spread

We know no party is complete without snacks to keep those energy levels up! For Puppy Bowl XIX, themed treats are the perfect addition. Pro tip: use a bone-shaped cookie cutter to cut out cheeses and meats, set out football-shaped cookies and of course, puppy chow. Opt for colorful plates and flatware to serve up the yummy snacks. Looking for some unique party favors? Wow guests with canisters filled with dog treats they can take home with them!

Max Out Your Viewing Area

Make sure guests are comfortable in front of the big screen. Consider rearranging your furniture for the day to maximize your space, bringing in extra floor pillows and poufs (and dog beds!) to amp up the seats in the room. Add a few fun throw pillows and blankets to your sofa and chairs for a cozy touch too.

Tune in to Animal Planet and discovery+ on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 2pm ET to see which team takes home the coveted Wayfair® Lombarky Trophy!
