Mike Rowe Will Host Virtual Talk Show 'Before the Catch'

The Dirty Jobs host will be chatting with your favorite Deadliest Captains prior to the new season.

Ahead of the wildest season of Deadliest Catch yet, Dirty Jobs host Mike Rowe is sitting down, virtuatlly, with the returning Captains.

“You never know what you’re gonna get when you sit and chat with a Bering Sea Captain,” Mike explained. “Especially a Bering Sea Captain who's been cooped up for the last three weeks in isolation. Honestly, I have no idea what to expect, but I can promise the conversation will be lively.”

On the web cam talk show special, Mike will be chatting with captains like Josh Harris, Sig Hansen, Wild Bill, and more. Never shy about asking the tough questions, Mike will find out what it was really like for the Alaskan crab fleet as they faced off against their biggest rival ever this year - the Russian crab fleet.

Mike recently explained a little in a Facbeook Post saying, "Better still, if you have any questions for the Captains, leave them in the comments below, and I'll pass them on when I attempt to host a virtual talk show with half-a-dozen fisherman who may or may not be losing their minds in isolation."

Before the Catch will be on Discovery this Tuesday, March 7th at 8/7c. Binge past seasons of Deadliest Catch now on the Discovery GO app!
