Tim treks to the town of Tequila in search of the legendary moonshine of Mexico. He gets hands-on in the highlands of Mexico, turning seven-year-old agave into age-worthy tequila. From the highlands, Tim heads south to Oaxaca to uncover centuries-old secrets of making mezcal. In Oaxaca, he gets hands-on making old-school mezcal with volcanic rock and a horse-drawn stone wheel. As his trip ends, Tim gets shocked when Mexican moonshiners make him liquor with meat.
